A diverse group of professionals, predominantly women, are gathered around a conference table in a bright office. One woman stands and dances or celebrates while others sit and watch, smiling and clapping. The scene suggests a positive, celebratory moment during a meeting or presentation.

For Coaches Building Beyond 1:1

Build a program that truly delivers.

Anyone can build a course. But most don’t lead to real transformation. Not because your ideas aren’t strong—but because designing a learning experience that actually leads to change is a different skill entirely.

Most coaches don’t struggle to build programs because they lack expertise. They struggle because they know too much.

When you've spent years developing frameworks, tools, insights, and ways of guiding people through transformation, it becomes incredibly difficult to step back and see how all the pieces fit together.

So coaches either try to include everything—or feel so overwhelmed by the scope of what they know that they struggle to begin at all.

But transformation doesn’t happen through more information. It happens through thoughtful design, intentional structure, and guided experiences that genuinely move people through change.

A man with glasses and a beard, wearing a plaid shirt and a watch, sits at a desk in front of a computer, resting his head on his hand, in a well-lit room with large windows and a hanging lamp.
A computer screen showing a video conference with multiple participants, with a green leafy plant nearby in a well-lit room.

That’s the gap Signature was designed to fill.

Because transformational work deserves better learning experiences—and coaches deserve more sustainable, expansive ways to share the work they’re here to do.

As a practitioner who values quality and integrity, you're not looking for another “make a course in a weekend” formula or generic tech tutorials that don’t prepare you for actually delivering a meaningful experience.

You want to create a program that honors the depth of your coaching work, facilitates lasting change, and allows you to lead in a more expansive way.

I’m here to help you translate the intangible magic of what you do as a coach into something teachable, scalable, and deeply intentional.

Something built to support both your clients and the future of your business.

Because this isn’t just about creating another offer.

It’s about building something substantial: a body of work that helps more people, creates more flexibility in how you lead, and gives others a clearer, more tangible way to experience the depth of what you do.

Meet Your Curriculum Coach

Hey! I’m Marissa.

I'm a former educator turned certified coach who loves helping people untangle complexity, connect the dots, and bring shape to something they know is there—but haven't quite been able to articulate, organize, or bring to life yet.

Over the past 6+ years leading curriculum development for one of the most established coach training organizations in the world, I’ve designed learning experiences for thousands of coaches.

And somewhere along the way, I noticed a gap.

Coaches were incredibly skilled at facilitating transformation in a live container—but when it came time to turning that work into a program, most had never been taught how to design for learning, engagement, integration, or long-term change.

That’s the work I care about deeply.

Not just helping coaches create programs—but helping raise the standard for learning experiences in the personal development space altogether.

Because good programs don’t happen by accident.

They’re intentionally designed.

Take your work further.

You’ve already built something meaningful.

What comes next is about giving that work a bigger life—shaping it into something people can move through, return to, learn from, and carry with them long after the program ends.

It takes work. But it’s the kind of work that expands your impact, deepens your leadership, and gives what you’ve already created somewhere to grow.

And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
