Body of WOrk: AN 8-WEEK LIVE beta COHORT FOR COACHES

Build a program that carries your best work forward.

Body of Work is an 8-week guided course for coaches and transformational practitioners who are ready to translate their expertise into thoughtful courses or programs that genuinely support change.

Rather than starting with modules or content, we start with transformation: helping you clarify the shift you want to help people make, structure it into a cohesive learning journey, and design experiences people can genuinely engage with, move through, and grow from.

You’ll walk away with a thoughtfully designed program blueprint rooted in instructional design principles—ready to develop, deliver, refine, and build from for years to come.

Creating a program is the next evolution of your work as a coach.

But so far, the process has felt more overwhelming, complicated, or reductive than you hoped.

Maybe you’re holding too many ideas at once—or second-guessing every direction before it fully takes shape. Maybe the templates and advice you’ve tried feel too rigid, too surface-level, or disconnected from the kind of nuanced transformation you actually help people move through.

That’s because the coaching work you do—mindset shifts, awareness-building, emotional processing, and sustainable change—rarely fits neatly inside someone else’s framework.

And when you're already immersed in that work every day, it can be surprisingly difficult to see how all the pieces fit together.

Designing a transformational learning experience requires a different approach.

Most course creation advice focuses on what to include, how to package it, or how quickly you can launch. But they don’t explore how people actually learn and grow.

As a coach, you already know transformation rarely happens through consuming information alone.

Transformation happens through reflection, participation, emotional safety, meaningful conversation, integration, and the experience of moving through something intentionally over time.

When you approach the process of building a course or program with this lens:

Creating a program starts to feel less like packaging information you know—and more like intentionally shaping an experience that changes your clients from within.

The result?

→ You understand how to refine, organize, and sequence your ideas into a learning journey that naturally builds on itself.

→ You build in activities, exercises, and reflection points to at pivotal milestones so students integrate the work into their own lives in real time.

→ And you begin trusting yourself not just to coach transformation—but to intentionally design and facilitate it at a larger scale.

The possibilities start to expand far beyond “just making a course.”

Through Body of Work, here’s what shifts:

✅ You clarify the program you’re actually here to build.

No more trying to hold six different ideas at once or endlessly reshuffling outlines that never fully click into place. You leave with a clear direction, a stronger understanding of the shift you want to help people make, and a program structure intentionally built to support it.

✅ You design a curriculum blueprint you genuinely trust.

Not just a collection of modules or ideas, but a thoughtfully structured learning experience with intentional sequencing, opportunities for engagement and integration, and a clear through-line from beginning to end.

✅ You understand why your program works—not just what’s inside it.

You begin thinking not only like a coach, but also like a facilitator, educator, and experience designer—understanding how pacing, participation, reflection, and structure shape the learning experience itself.

✅ You translate the intangible parts of your coaching into teachable experiences.

The nuance. The emotional shifts. The reflection. The moments that don’t fit neatly onto a slide. Together, we explore how to design for the kinds of growth that happen through experience, not just explanation.

✅ You build something that can evolve alongside your work.

What you create inside Body of Work can become more than a single course: it can support workshops, retreats, group programs, speaking opportunities, client resources, future offers, and new ways of sharing your methodology over time.

✅ You stop trying to figure it all out alone.

You move through the messy middle with structure, support, feedback, and a clear next step each week—so the process feels intentional, grounded, and actually doable.

“All of these notes and components were woven together so now our methodology can be shared with others.

I may never have been able to get these ideas into a format for distribution otherwise!

I was simply too deep in the forest to see how to bring people into it.”

Built for depth, not urgency.

Body of Work isn’t designed to rush you toward a launch date or pressure you into producing content as quickly as possible.

It’s designed to give you the structure, support, and space to think deeply about what you’re creating, why it matters, and how to shape it intentionally.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll move through a guided curriculum design process alongside a small cohort of thoughtful practitioners—developing your program in real time through reflection, feedback, conversation, and practical application.

Each phase of the experience is intentionally sequenced to help you build clarity, momentum, and confidence without getting lost in overwhelm, perfectionism, or endless planning mode.

Because building a meaningful learning experience takes thoughtfulness. And so does building a body of work you actually want to stand behind.

Inside Body of Work

Each phase of the program is designed to help you move from intuitive expertise to intentional educational design—building clarity, structure, confidence, and momentum as you go.

Clarify the transformation

Get clear on the shift you’re here to help people make and the learning experience designed to support it.

Design the experience

Shape the curriculum, engagement, sequencing, and integration points that guide people through meaningful change.

Build and facilitate the work

Translate your ideas into a tangible learning experience you can confidently lead, refine, and evolve over time.

The journey we’ll take together👇

  • Week 1—The Foundation

Start with the learner—not the idea.

Before we build anything, we reorient around the people you’re actually here to support. You’ll begin thinking beyond content and into experience—understanding how effective learning is designed, where most coaches get stuck, and how to create from a deeper understanding of your learners themselves.

  • Week 2—The Transformation

Define the transformation you’re actually here to lead.

This is where scattered ideas begin turning into a clear direction. You’ll identify the shift you’re uniquely positioned to help people make, intentionally narrow your focus, and validate the offer against your expertise, your audience, and the kind of transformation you can confidently facilitate.

  • Week 3—The Blueprint

Map the structure that guides your students forward.

With the transformation clarified, we begin building the curriculum itself: exploring the role of the coach-educator, mapping the learning journey, and creating a flexible structure that guides students through the experience with clarity, momentum, and intention.

  • Week 4—The Experience

Design something students feel—not just follow.

Transformation rarely happens through information alone. In this module, we shift fully into the student experience: designing for engagement, reflection, participation, emotional resonance, and the kinds of moments that help learning actually land and stay with people long after the program ends.

  • Weeks 5-6—The Integration

Close the gap between design and execution.

Rather than rushing straight into development before your design is even complete, these two weeks create space for refinement, support, feedback, and thoughtful integration. You’ll receive expert eyes on your blueprint, work through questions in real time, and strengthen the connection between your ideas and the experience you’re creating.

  • Week 7—The Build

Bring your blueprint to life through intentional craft.

As your blueprint begins moving toward development, we focus on the craft of translating ideas into teachable materials and experiences. You’ll explore how to bring more clarity, cohesion, personality, and intention into the work—while creating a realistic plan for what development and implementation will look like beyond the cohort.

  • Week 8—The Practice

Lead with presence—and evolve the work over time.

The final module prepares you for what happens after the development process: facilitating the experience, navigating the realities of delivery, gathering feedback, and continuing to refine the work through practice and iteration over time. Because meaningful programs aren’t perfected before they’re taught—they evolve every time you lead them.Description goes here

A different kind of promise

The promise of building and launching an entire course in a matter of weeks can be incredibly appealing—but it’s not realistic for the kind of work you do.

Body of Work takes a different approach.

We spend our time together understanding what goes into creating meaningful learning experiences, creating a thoughtfully designed curriculum blueprint, and developing a clear plan for bringing your program to life afterward.

The goal isn't just to create something quickly—it's to create something thoughtful, effective, and deeply aligned with the experience you want your participants to have.

By the end of the cohort, you'll have a strong foundation you can build from—along with the clarity, structure, and strategy needed to begin developing and delivering your program without second-guessing every step.
