These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of signatureforcoaches.com (the "Site") and any services, programs, or digital products offered by Signature ("we," "us," or "our"), a business owned and operated by Marissa Burdett.
By accessing this Site or purchasing any offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or purchase my services.

1. SERVICES OFFERED
Signature offers instructional design services and educational programs for coaches, including but not limited to:
- Body of Work (live cohort program)
- Established (done-for-you instructional design service)
- Signature Audit and related consulting services
- Digital products, including the Program Design Toolkit
The nature, scope, and deliverables of each offering are described in detail on the relevant sales or service pages. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any offering at any time.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this Site or purchasing a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our services are intended for professional coaches and service providers.

3. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS
Certain areas of the Site or program portals may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

4. PAYMENTS AND FEES
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly offered and agreed upon.
Payment Processing — Programs and Digital Products: Enrollment in Body of Work and purchases of digital products (such as the Program Design Toolkit) are processed through Teachery, which uses Stripe as its payment processor. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
Payment Processing — Services: Invoices for done-for-you services (including Established and the Signature Audit) are issued through Wave. Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.
Payment Plans: If a payment plan is offered, you agree to all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to the program or service without refund of amounts already paid.

5. REFUND POLICY
Programs and Digital Products: All sales of Body of Work, the Program Design Toolkit, and other digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital access and live cohort programs, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
Established (Done-for-You Service): Refund terms for Established engagements are governed by the individual service contract signed at the time of engagement. Please refer to your contract for applicable terms.
If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact me at marissa@signatureforcoaches.com within 7 days of your purchase date, and I will do my best to address it in good faith.

6. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
For live cohort programs such as Body of Work:
- Access is granted for the duration of the program term as specified at purchase
- You are responsible for your own participation, implementation, and results
- Recordings or materials provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including written content, program materials, frameworks, templates, graphics, and branding — is owned by Signature or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission. Personal use of purchased materials is permitted; commercial redistribution is not.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This Site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that your use of our services will result in any specific outcome, including business growth, revenue, or program completion.
Coaching and instructional design services are educational in nature. Results vary and depend on your individual effort, circumstances, and implementation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
